This project is dedicated to developing a bioinformatics pipeline for mining nuclear gene markers for phylogeny interence.
We are in a process of implementing this Web tool for finding single copy homologous gene markers suitable for phylogenetic analysis. This Web tool involvs the following two steps:
1. Select Bit_score and Coverage Levels
2. Upload GenBank Files
Number of Exon Files to Compare, default value is 2 (Click OK to upload GenBank files)
